Inside Software Sales Territory Manager

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Drive New Customer Acquisitions through active Territory Management
  • Influence future budget cycles and solution requirements – be there first and most
  • Manage existing client accounts (100+) for references, license and support renewals and upsell new modules and services
  • Recruit and support value add MSPs and resellers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Territory research to ID likely accounts and create self-generated Leads
  • Follow up on qualified inbound marketing generated leads
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Expert EventTracker product knowledge – perform introductory solution demonstrations
  • Develop a consistent follow-up rotation for new and aged leads and opportunities
  • Facilitate communication with pre-sales technical team to manage and track progress of potential customer trial evaluations
  • Coordinate sales support activities with partners/resellers including scheduling resources for meetings, demonstrations and marketing events
  • New customer tracking and transition to support and implementation services teams
  • Ensure that customer needs/expectations are understood internally and exceeded
  • Track implementation progress, escalate issues
  • Customer Satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business degree
  • IT and Cyber Security fluent
  • 3+ years demonstrated successful and stable IT solution sales
  • Business professional communications and language skills
  • MS Office, GoToMeeting, Linked In
  • Burning desire to succeed
  • Positive attitude and a superior work ethic
  • Curiosity
  • Problem solving skills
