EventTracker Training

EventTracker Training is our series of training courses to enable users and administration of EventTracker Enterprise and EventTracker Security Center to fully utilize its powerful features and optimize their return on investment. Classes are  available both online and on site in three tracks: User, Admin, and Advanced Admin. Each program is conducted  with a live instructor. A dedicated login is provided to a the training platform configured with EventTracker v7 and a full range of data from servers, workstations, network devices and applications to allow hands on experience for participants. Instructors assign tasks and help solve problems with the class. A Certificate of Completion is provided for each attendee.

EventTracker User Training is designed for general users who need to generate reports, search or analyze specific incidents, review dashboards for alerts and health of different components, including Compliance Auditors, Managers, Security Analysts, Helpdesk staff, and IT Administrators.  This course consists of four total hours of instruction over two consecutive days with a two-hour session each day. It is delivered online and does not require travel.
