Information Security Analyst (Level 1)

The Information Security Analyst will manage the end-to-end operational deployment, verification, incident handling and support of our Customers’ remote managed EventTracker SIEM solution. This is a technical operational role focused on delivering quality service to our customers.


Information Security Analyst (Level 2)

The Information Security Analyst will manage the end-to-end operational deployment, verification, incident handling and support of our Customers’ remote managed EventTracker SIEM solution. This is a technical operational role focused on delivering quality service to our customers.


Information Security Analyst (Level 3)

The information security analyst is a senior member of the EventTracker SIEM Simplified team and works closely with the other members of the team to develop and implement a comprehensive information security program for our customers. The security analyst works with the IT department of our customers, to select and deploy technical controls to meet specific security requirements, and defines processes and standards to ensure that security configurations are maintained.


Inside Software Sales Territory Manager

Drive New Customer Acquisitions through active Territory Management. Influence future budget cycles and solution requirements – be there first and most. Manage existing client accounts (100+) for references, license and support renewals and upsell new modules and services. Recruit and support value add MSPs and resellers


Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Technical)

Successful pre-sales evaluations and demonstrations for prospective new customers. Installation and proper functioning of EventTracker software advanced configurations. Demonstration of subject matter expertise, credibility and solutions.


Software Installation and Implementation (Technical)

Installation and proper functioning of EventTracker software basic configuration. Initial software deployment implementation, configuration and guidance


Technical Account Manager

Customer satisfaction as well as 95%+ Software, Support and SIEM Simplified renewals


Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Engineer provides consistent, world-class security, network, and product support for EventTracker products. In serving as the primary liaison between the company and customer, the Technical Support Engineer resolves real-world technical challenges by supporting cutting-edge security and compliance auditing software across complex, multi-faceted customer deployments.
