  • Confirm customer success, status, product usage depth: SWOT analysis
  • Send renewal quotes
  • Daily customer follow-up via phone and email
  • Schedule customer status calls/meetings Outlook Calendar and GoToMeeting
  • Develop a consistent follow-up process for all outstanding issues
  • Maintenance of “Sugar” Customer Relationship Management system – data accuracy/timeliness
  • Demographics, call/meeting notes, emails, issues and details for all customers
  • Coordinate sales support activities with partners/resellers including scheduling resources for meetings, demonstrations and marketing events
  • Learn the SIEM/Cyber Security industry, technology, competitors, sales drivers
  • Learn EventTracker software, SIEM Simplified and how to demonstrate


  • IT or Cyber Security account management background
  • Business professional communications and language skills
  • Computer skills: MS Office, GoToMeeting, Linked In
  • Burning desire to succeed
  • Positive attitude and a superior work ethic
  • Curiosity and problem solving skills
